ドラム缶の上で焦げないように調理しているんですが、味付けは塩のみ。
玉ねぎから染み出した汁はコンソメスープのような味です。
店員のおじさんが焼けた玉ねぎを見ながら「このできは気に入らんな、今日は300円でええよ」とまけてくれたこともあります。
淡路島の玉ねぎの美味しさを120％楽しめます。
玉ねぎのホイル焼き以外にも野菜などが置いてあるので、そちらも見る価値ありです。

玉ねぎはグラム数は記載なく、1袋に５つほど入って500円。
おじさんに聞くと、１kgほどだそう。
隣の赤い屋根にも玉ねぎは売っているので、お好きな方で買うのが良いかと思います。
以前アイスクリーム屋さんもありましたが、その日はやっていない（もしくはもうやっていない）ようだったので残念でした。
