★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、関係職員の対応のまずさについて市長に投書し、謝罪していただいたのを恨みに思っていたのか、今日、責任者と名乗る（しかし名前は名乗らない）男性の方に物凄い対応をされました。
以前苦情を入れた事をあちらの方から蒸し返し「市から謝罪はしている」「トレーニングルームはジムではない、インストラクターはいない、一度の説明会で使い方を覚えて自己責任で利用！」などなど…大変不快な思いをさせられました。
私は一言もインストラクターをつけろとか、もう一度謝罪しろなどと言ってはおらず、単に「機械の使い方を教えてもらえないか」伺っただけで、以前、1階（受付のようなところがあります）に行けば使い方を教えてくれる人がいる場合があると聞いていたはずなのですが…。
個人的には星一つも付けたくないですし、もし1度しか使い方を教えられないにしても言い方があると思うので、利用以前に二度と関わりたくありません。
ちなみに、以前なかだアリーナの管理者よりさらに上の方から頂いた謝罪は録音してあります。
開いた口が塞がらない対応だったことを認めて改善すると仰って下さいましたが、未だに同じか同じタイプの責任者を据えているみたいですね。

By the way, the apology received from a higher person than the manager of the former arena is recorded.
You admitted that it was a response that the open mouth was not blocked, and you said that it would improve, but it seems that you still have the same or the same type of person in charge.
