ほぐしはマッサージなので、肩とか腰とか固くなったところをほぐしてくれます。
アロマは揉んで老廃物などをリンパに流す感じなので、ほぐしよりリラクゼーション作用が強めな気がします。
使いすぎてガチガチならほぐし、むくみならアロマとか、状況とお財布によって使い分けるといいかも。
