★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MOS試験の予約するために、 電話で席の空き状況を確認して何日に試験料を支払いに行きますと伝えました。
いざ支払いに行くと席が埋まってしまった為受験できません、と言われ追い返されました。
一週間近く前に事前に連絡し、申し込み料の支払いに行く日程も伝えてあるのに何故席が埋まったのでしょうか？
万が一手違いで席が埋まってしまったんだとしても連絡をするぐらいのことは出来なかったんでしょうか？
杜撰な管理に呆れました。
 In order to book a MOS exam, I called to check the availability of seats and told me how many days I would go to pay the exam fee.
When I went to pay, I was told that I couldn't take the exam because my seat was full and I was kicked back.
I contacted him almost a week in advance and told him the schedule to pay the application fee, so why was the seat filled?
Even if the seats were filled by mistake, couldn't we just contact you?
I was amazed at the poor management.
