特にティラミスはふわとろなんで、オススメです。
 It is an authentic Italian restaurant in Mutsu City. We had sirloin steak, appetizer set and tiramisu and it was delicious.
Tiramisu is especially fluffy, so I recommend it.

何よりも食材にこだわりが凄く感じられ、贅沢なぐらいに様々な具材を組み合わせてサーブしてくれます。盛り付けも美しく、目にも口にもお値段以上の満足感が得られます。
その日によって普段ではなかなか食べられないような貴重な食材を使ったメニューもあったり、毎回新たな発見やサプライズがあるのでちょくちょく通っていますが、一向に飽きません。
雰囲気も大人向けで落ち着きがあり、しっかりとお食事が楽しめるのでオススメ。
知人に紹介すると必ず喜ばれるお店です。
At last, a decent (authentic) pasta was finally eaten in Mutsu city. The taste is solid and goes well with wine.
Above all, the commitment to the ingredients is incredible, and they serve a luxurious combination of various ingredients. The arrangement is beautiful, and the eyes and mouth can be satisfied more than the price.
Depending on the day, there are menus using precious ingredients that are hard to eat usually, and there are new discoveries and surprises every time, so I do not go bored at all.
The atmosphere is calm and suitable for adults, so it is recommended because you can enjoy your meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ むつ市にはなかなかない本格的なレストランです。パスタの味も盛り付けもとてもキレイで美味しかった。ラムチョップの盛り付けもとても素敵でした。
料金は、この手の込みようで考えると断然お安いと思います。
ただ、しいて言うならば味が少し薄いです。テーブルに塩があると嬉しいかも。店主は寡黙というか無愛想ですがそれでもまた行きたいと思うくらいお店も料理もオシャレで美味しいお店でした。

おすすめを尋ねると『全部』との事。
わかりやすいセットメニューのようなものはありますかと聞くと不機嫌そうに『うちは食堂とかじゃないんで』と驚きの返答。
味は旨かったような気もしますが喉を通らない雰囲気に次はないと思い店を出ました。
看板には『トラットリア ラ・テーラ』と書いてありどんな意味なのかと調べてみると、『トラットリア=大衆食堂』との事
…笑うところだったのでしょうか？(困惑)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ むつ市でランチ出来る場所を検索して訪れました。接客態度に関しては、他のレビューに書いてある通りと言いますか、必要最低限のことしかおっしゃらない感じでした。味に関してですが、本格的なパスタが食べられるという評価が多かったのですが、これに関しては、また違った感想を持ちました。非常に真面目に料理と向き合っておられると思います。店内も清潔で、トイレも清潔でした。照明にもこだわりがありました。常連客になると、オーナー様とざっくばらんにお話ができるのかもしれません。夜にも一度訪れてみたいという興味がわきました。
