★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 指導員が定年前後の職員ばかり。毎年見学･説明会に行くが、親身な指導ができる職員もいなくなり、女性指導員もいなくなった。毎年変わり映えがないので、訓練や指導に工夫をしていないのがわかる。自身の保身を優先に、生業として業務にあたっているのだろう。
就職率は高く表記されているが、障害特性を真剣に考慮せずに就職させるので、離職率も高いはず。うちの卒業生もうまく言いくるめられ就職させられた。寮の職員も生徒を障害者として見下しているらしく、居心地が悪いらしい。
 The instructors are all staff around the retirement age. I go to tours and briefings every year, but there are no staff members who can give me personal guidance, and there are no female instructors. It doesn't change every year, so you can see that we haven't devised training or guidance. It seems that he is working as a livelihood, giving priority to his own self-protection.
Although the employment rate is stated high, the turnover rate should be high because employment is done without seriously considering the disability characteristics. Our graduate was also well told and got a job. The dormitory staff also seem to look down on the students as disabled and feel uncomfortable.
