昭和の時代からちょくちょく購入させて頂いてます。 近隣に大型SCやスーパーが出来てからは、隣に八百屋さん、魚屋さんがあったのにだいぶ静かになってしまいました。昔ながらに親しみのある接客で多少おせっかい?がありますが、安心できます。昔はショーケースに揚げ物が並んでいましたが、お話を聞くと今は揚げ置きが難しいようで、注文を受けてから揚げる(冷えたラードを温めなおす)ので食べたい場合は事前に予約しておいた方がよさそうです。メンチカツは絶品ですが、コロッケ用に仕入れてるジャガイモ100%のコロッケ。好みによると思います。あと毎年クリスマス時期に食べるローストチキン。年によるけど、ちょっと塩胡椒強めだったりしましたが、この時期にあわせて飲むワインやビールにあいます。結構なボリュームなので食べ応えは抜群です。経営者も高齢になりつつあり、店前にしか駐車スペースがないのは仕方ないですね。。。スーパーで購入する鶏肉とは全然違い、皮をしっかりパリパリに焼いても身がしっとりふっくら。やはりお肉屋さんが扱うお肉の質はスーパーとは違います。鶏肉は大山鶏、また馬肉も扱っているので自分ご褒美用にたまに購入します。口コミ経由で馬肉扱ってることが広まってるみたいなので、事前に予約がおススメです。
