Also, their service ticket system is VERY BAD. They made it extremely complicated to use so you end up being not able to use any of those discount tickets they give you because of so many rules. It's a good salon in general, but it's extremely difficult to use discount coupons. Perhaps salons don't like customers getting discounts. Staffs are very kind and their service is also good.
