The teachers are great and they have leadership.
If you are looking for a confectionery school in Nagoya, I think Nagoya Confectionery College is the best in terms of content.

ケーキ150円くらい、パン100円くらいでしょうか。
長い行列は覚悟です。
毎年行っていますが、昔の方が素材は良かったです。
最近ホイップクリームを使っていると思うので、また本物の生クリームに戻して欲しいです。
