h	hiro t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻の車の点検で行き、担当営業マンを指名したが、接客中であった。そこは全く問題ないが、点検が終わる30分の間、指名したにも関わらず、一切挨拶がなかった(点検後に他営業マンのスミマセンというフォローもなし)。私は三菱に乗っているが、三菱のディーラーでそんな対応はされたこと無かったので、非常に驚いた。それから、３～４回行ったがそのような対応が続き、未だ妻の担当営業マンの顔、声すら知らない。そのくせにダイレクトメールは頻繁に送られてきて、気分が悪い。古いクルマを乗り続け点検しかこない客は、組織の方針として客と言う認識がない。また、眼中に無いような印象(他のサービスマンの対応も冷たい印象ただし１人だけ除く)を強く受けた。このような対応をとられると、買い換え客になってもらうため、点検に手抜きされるのではないかと不安に感じる。新車の商談で愛想良くしている姿を見ると不安な気持ちが増幅される。トヨタ車を買い替えするとしても、トヨペットではしないと思うし、私がさせない。 I went to check my wife's car and appointed a salesman in charge, but he was in service.
