★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このカーディーラーは新規で車を購入する人以外は興味がないと言わざるを得ません。車検を受ける度に新規を求める営業担当はかなり露骨に対応してきます、ですから長く車に乗る事をこのカーディーラーは否定しているのでしょう。また、アフターサービス担当もいまいち気乗りしないであろう対応をしてきます。やらなくても良いか否かはわからない私達素人に対して色々とパーツの交換を勧めてきます。エアコンのフィルター交換を勧めていましたが、DIYで対応することを伝え、その後DIYでの交換時に気付いたのですが、なんとエアコンフィルターのカバーがカーディーラーに交換を勧めた時からずっと閉められていませんでした。また、営業担当も私が休みを取り半年点検と事前車検をお願いしたのにも関わらず忘れていた様で平謝りはありましたが、今から出来るか調べるとか、申し訳ないのですが違う日をお願いしますもなくうすら笑いで対応しくれました。後日車検も断り責任者に伝えてくれと電話をしましたが、責任者からはなにも対応はありませんでした。新規で車を購入しない客は客に非ずなんでしょう。
