★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great airport for travelers, but horrible place to work. Facilities and building are very old and not adapted to it's modern day use as a hybrid office space and airport. At least it's close to the Airport Walk mall.

Bring small it is easy to get very far to the airplane, without very long lines and long distance walking.
The airport has a convenience store (Family Mart) Tully's cafe, a gift store, one restaurant and another food store.
There is also an observation deck on the 3rd floor.
The airport runway is shared with the Konami military base, so you can see Hercules cargos taking off, some fighters (including F-35) etc and helicopters.
There is also private planes using the facility for sightseein and flight school as well as a business plane area exclusive fore private jets customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small airport, quiet even but efficient n smooth operations typical of all things Japanese. Here to explore Central Japan with my family. I could not speak Japanese n they frequently struggled with my English but somehow my message got across. Signage were clear in dual language. As far as I could see, they demonstrate helpfulness, sincerity n a hard working attitude when performing mundane tasks. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to fly into Japan with Nagoya frequently. Never again, not since 2008. Around that time, there was a strikingly horrible experience I had here, very unlike anything else I'd experienced before.
The second I got off my plane, an absolutely pungent smell flooded my senses. It was sickening. I'd never smelled anything like it before. Please fix it. I want to come back some day. The P.F. Chang's here is immaculate.
