m	ma ap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業はめちゃくちゃ上からだし専門用語ばっか使われて詳しくわかんないしプライド高くて自分たちの非を認めない感じの人。現場の人も挨拶ちゃんとできない(柄が悪い人が多いからという理由でとか、仕方ない話では済まされなくないですか？)。仕上がりに不満ありすぎて伝えた時も施工不良の責任がどうなるかの話ばっかりされて気分悪かった。素直に施主様の思うような仕上がりにできなくて申し訳ありませんでした、のような相手を思いやる言葉もこちらが指摘しなければ自分から出せない。お願いしたことを後悔したし、お金もったいなかったと思った。良かったとおっしゃる人もいますが、多くの方から話を聞いていると私のような思いをしている方も多いようです。 People who do not understand the details of sales because they are from the top and use only technical terms, and who have high pride and do not admit their blame. 服	服部良平 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人からの紹介で施工して貰いました。元々新築でHMの外構費が計画の倍位の値段で提示されて不審に思い色々と他の外構屋さんを探している時に出会えました。担当の方が親身になってくれこちらの要望をほぼ聞いて貰い、尚且つ価格も当初の予定に近い金額まで頑張ってくれました！他社より3割以上安くやってくれました！！現場の方もこの寒い中引っ越しまでに間に合わせる為に土日や夜までやってくれたりと感謝しています。妻も子供達もデザインを気に入ってくれており、我が家を建てて良かったと思える毎日を過ごせています♪ I got an introduction from a friend to do the construction. Originally a new construction, HM's external construction cost is double the planned price I was presented and suspiciously met when I was looking for other exterior shops. The person in charge became kind and listened to this request, and the price was close to the original plan! It was more than 30% cheaper than other companies! !! I am grateful to the people at the site for doing it until Saturdays, Sundays, and nights in order to make it in time for the move in this cold weather.
