★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチではじめて行きました。蕎麦と海鮮チラシ丼。 蕎麦は歯応えよく、つゆが美味しい。関西風のだしが美味しく醤油は薄い。 丼は細かく具材が彩り綺麗に盛ってありました。 聞けば店主は関西で20年以上修行したと。 奥様と二人で切り盛りしていました。 また、行きたいです。
I went there for the first time at lunch. Soba and seafood leaflet bowl. The soba is crunchy and the soup is delicious. The Kansai-style soup stock is delicious and the soy sauce is thin. The bowl was finely colored and beautifully filled with ingredients. I heard that the owner has trained in Kansai for over 20 years. I was working with my wife. I want to go again.
