★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京ドイツ村でシイタケ狩りを体験。（ココって何でもありって感じの所だな～）けっこう大きいのもありましたが傘が開き過ぎていたのが多く肉厚で形の良いのを探すのに苦労しました。しかし自宅に戻り焼きシイタケで頂くと、結構美味い。肉厚のあるものは焼き物で開いたものは乾燥するか、鍋などで頂くと美味しいと思います
Experience shiitake mushroom hunting in Tokyo German Village. (It's a place where you can feel anything here ~) It was quite big, but the umbrella was often too open and I had a hard time finding a thick and well-shaped one. However, when I returned home and had it grilled with shiitake mushrooms, it was quite delicious. I think it's delicious if the thick ones are baked and the ones that are opened are dried or served in a pot.
