スタッフは、入居者からのクレームをきき、上の人へ伝えても改善されず、
スタッフがそれに嫌気をさして、退職をつたえても、やめさせません。
この話をかなり耳にする施設です。
これは、労働基準法に違反する行為です。
The person above is intimidating and cannot hear the opinions of the staff.
The staff did not improve even if they heard complaints from residents and told them to their superiors.
Even if the staff is disgusted with it and tells them to retire, they will not stop.
It is a facility where you hear this story quite a bit.
