★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 支払方法をクレジットカード払いにしていたため、滞りなく支払いしていたのですが、初回のみ、水道料金を振込で支払わなければならないようで支払いが漏れていました。
漏れていたこと自体、契約者本人である私は知らず、いきなり督促状が届きました。
督促状には「再三納入のお願いをした」と記載されていますが、私からすれば今回の督促状が初めてのお知らせです。
初回からずっと支払いがないのであれば、そのくらいの文言で良いと思いますが、ちょっと不愉快だったので、電話で問い合わせました。
担当者は今回の督促状以前にも郵送してると言い張り、こちらの気持ちに心を寄せず、声に耳を傾けることもありませんでした。
上司をお願いしましたが、出てきた上司も担当者と同じような態度で、集合ポストはあるか?等と逆質問。そしてただただ未払いの内容を説明するだけで、本当に残念でした。
前回も郵送したとされる手紙が手渡しの方法でない限り、100%宛先に届いている保証はないですよね?
その場合、督促状を送る前に、電話で手紙が届いたかどうかの確認くらいしてくれてもいいと思うのですが、そういった確認もなかったので、いきなりとても残念(というか失礼)なお知らせを受け取りました。
1%でも落ち度があるやり方をしているのであれば、始めに一言謝罪の言葉があれば、それで済むのですが、自身の都合ばかり話していて最後まで謝罪の言葉がなかったので、もう諦めて電話を切りました。
取手市に住む場合はこの団体の世話になるしかないようです。今年1月に引っ越してきたばかりですが、早く取手市を出たいと思っています。
お客様目線ではなく、お役所仕事を続けても団体が潰れることはないでしょうからその調子で頑張ってください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カード決済で他の会社を挟んでいたせいか、カードが使える状態にも関わらず何故か引き落としされない事があり、突然督促状が届いたので口座引き落としにしました。
ところがいつまで経っても口座にならず、ずっとコンビニ払いのまま。
面倒くさくなったのでコンビニで払っていましたが、なんと数ヶ月前の分が未払いだと、これまた突然督促状が届きました。
コンビニで払ってる公共料金は「手続きしたのにされていない水道」だけなので、毎月必ず払ってました。
月1件だけなので覚えてます。
調べてみると、どうやらキャンセル操作を利用した料金の横領事件があるようで、未納のお知らせが届くのが数ヶ月後(さっさと送れ)なので、殆どの方は領収書も捨ててしまっており、気付かずに2重に支払ってしまうケースがあるようです。
困って電話して確認したのですが、知らん未納だ停止するしか言わず、非常に好戦的。
口座手続きされていない件についても、一切謝罪は無し、さあ?みたいな態度。
「何月何日に督促状送ってるんで突然ではないですねぇ!」
突然きてるから突然なんだろうが、馬鹿なのかこいつは。
「書類送りますよ、でも切り替わるのに2~3ヶ月かかりますねぇ」
何をするにも、なんでそんなに遅いの?
なんでいつも高圧的なの?更年期なの?
前回も今回も、南水道は直接悪くはないですが、少し親身になって聞いてくれても良いんじゃないですかね。

しかし、隣家の際に塚○産業なる会社が来てやったが、敷設し直した道路はユンボのブレードで傷だらけ、掘った土も綺麗に掃除せず、道路に残ったまま。

当日いきなり「9時までに車動かしてください」とか帰宅しようとしたら、事前連絡なしで自宅前で工事していて家に入れず。家からすぐ近くで工事していて(こちらは事前に聞いてないから)「通れないですよ」といわれましたが、こちらは仕事に行かねばならないから無理やり通らせてもらいました。これでこういうの4回目。業者ちゃんとしてくれ。工事してもらうのはありがたいとは思いますが、マジでいい加減改善させてよ。我々は入札業者はちゃんとした業者だと思っているよ。だけど、ク○業者じゃん。春まで改善しないき気?!
