★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 観覧席は無料です。雨の日に行きましたが観覧席もプールも雨もりしているところがありました。公衆電話あり、災害時など役にたちそうです。
 The seats are free. I went to a rainy day, but there were places where the seats and the pool were raining. There is a public telephone and it seems to be useful for disasters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プールを利用しましたが、利用者が少なくて快適でした。むしろ運営費が大変だなと心配になりました。利用者が少ない理由ではないと思いますが、季節ごとにオープン時間が変わるのは、要注意です。
We used pool, but there were few users and was comfortable. Rather, I was worried that the operation costs would be great. I don't think this is a reason why there are few users, but it is important to note that the opening hours change with each season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 込む時間帯は12時頃、19時頃です。環境はトレーニングジムのマシンも充実していて、温水プールもあり、自分の健康管理や肉体改造にはもってこいの場所です。 一回2時間の利用が出来ます。 値段は忘れてしまいました。 手帳を持っている方なら初回手続きをすれば一年間無料です。 肉体改造やダイエットをなさる方には毒となるアイスクリームやジャンクフードの自販機が有りますが、これは子供向けと考えた方が良いのかも知れませんね。
The time to put in is around 12 o'clock, around 19 o'clock. The environment is full of training gym machines, and there is a heated swimming pool, which is a perfect place for your own health management and physical remodeling. It can be used once for 2 hours. I forgot the price. If you have a notebook for the first time it is free for one year. There are ice cream and junk food vending machines that become poisonous for those who do body remodeling and dieting, but it may be better to consider this for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日、千葉県パワーリフティング大会の関係で行ってきました。館内も広くて使いやすくトイレも衛生的で立派な体育館でした。
Yesterday, I went there because of the Chiba Prefecture Powerlifting Tournament. The hall was large and easy to use, and the toilet was hygienic and it was a fine gymnasium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR内房線の長浦駅の近くにあるスポーツセンターです。
子供の頃は専らプールの利用が多かったので友達との間では「長浦のプール」と呼んでいました。
前述の長浦駅からは200m程度と近いこと、車でのアクセスも国道16号線沿いにあるのでアクセスについては方法に関わらず良好な立地です。
昭和に建てられているため外観はデザインも含めて少々時代を感じますが施設内は全般的に綺麗に整備されていて快適です。
利用料金は利用施設や利用方法、時間によって多岐に渡るのでホームページを参照してください。
市の運営する施設となるため、袖ヶ浦市外の利用者については表記の料金の1.5倍となるため注意が必要です。
ただし、勤務先が袖ヶ浦市内の利用者については通常料金が適用されます。
It is a sports center near Nagaura Station on the JR Uchibo Line.
When I was a kid, I used to use the pool a lot, so I used to call it "Nagaura's pool" with my friends.
It is close to 200m from Nagaura Station mentioned above, and it is also accessible by car along National Route 16, so it is in a good location regardless of the method.
Since it was built in the Showa era, the exterior looks a little old, including the design, but the inside of the facility is generally clean and comfortable.
Please refer to the homepage as the usage fee varies depending on the facility, usage method, and time.
Since it is a facility operated by the city, it is necessary to note that it will be 1.5 times the stated fee for users outside Sodegaura City.
However, the regular rate will be applied to users whose place of employment is in Sodegaura City.
