1,スタッフのレベルアップさせようとしていない。
2,連携が取れず現に利用者が脱走しても気づかない。
3,派遣社員を起用しているのに、派遣の扱いがヒドイ。（そのくせ、会社の指示に従えないと都合のいい理由で切る。）
 Overall, low consciousness.
1, I'm not trying to improve the staff.
2, I can't cooperate and I don't notice even if the user actually escapes.
3, Even though I have appointed a dispatched employee, the handling of dispatching is terrible. (In spite of that, if you can't follow the instructions of the company, cut it for a convenient reason.)
