★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて受診しました。女医さんでとても良く診て下さり説明もわかりやすく安心しました。看護師さんが親切で検査の方も適パキとしていて受診して本当に良かったと思いました。

15時過ぎに伺いましたが、待ち時間も短かったです。
なお、コロナの影響で現在は新規のコンタクトレンズは受け付けてないそうです(2021/02/02時点)。

わからないことを聞いても嫌な顔ひとつせず説明してくださいます。最終目標も明確にしてくださるので、頑張ろうと思えます。
ただ、このコロナ禍で院内のどこにもアルコール消毒はありません。検温もしません。検査前後に拭き取りもありません。
受付の方に消毒液は無いか聞いたら「ありません」で終わり。看護師さんに「手洗いありますので、そちらで…」と言われましたが、見てみると小さくなった固形石鹸があるだけ。
医院で感染対策がここまでしていない所は初めて見たのでびっくりしました。治療が終わったら通わないと思います。
あと、建物の設計上仕方ないのかもしれませんが、最初に看護師さんの問診を受けるのが待合室です。いろんな方がいる中で詳しく説明するのも気が引けました、別室対応にできないものでしょうか…、

However, there is no alcohol disinfection anywhere in the hospital due to this corona. It does not measure the temperature. There is no wiping before and after the inspection.
When I asked the receptionist if there was any disinfectant, it ended with "No". The nurse said, "I have a hand wash, so there ...", but when I look at it, there is only a small bar of soap.
I was surprised to see the place where infection control was not taken so far at the clinic for the first time. I don't think I will go after the treatment.
Also, it may be unavoidable due to the design of the building, but the waiting room is the first place to be interviewed by a nurse. I was also reluctant to explain in detail while there were various people, couldn't it be a separate room?
