★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソーラー充電の人感センサーライトを購入しましたが設置後１日経ったらずっと点灯しませんでした。元払いで修理に出すよう言われ商品を送りました所、配線接続が間違ってましたとの回答。
素朴な疑問ですが海外で作ってるんですか？
商品のチェックもしないんですかね。
1万4千円も出したのに点灯しないライトが修理戻ってきて設置した所今度は１日も点灯しませんでした。
我が家は屋上があるのでソーラー部分は屋上に設置してたっぷりと日の光を当ててましたが一度も点灯しません。
前回の修理明細に乗ってる番号に電話して伝えた所
『前回配線を直したので大丈夫なんですけど』と受付の方に愛想なく言われました。
普通スミマセンとか一言ないのか？と思います。
イラッとしたのでまたこちらから送るのかと聞いたら
今回は着払いでいいですとの回答。
もう我慢できずにその対応はなに？と聞いてしまうほど
対応も商品も悪いです。
商品も高く修理の送料も持たされ
こちらに非があるような言葉をかけられて心が折れました。
買った商品は先程破棄しました。
この会社の商品を購入される際は気を付けてください。
二度と関わらなくていいよう日動工業株式会社という名前はよく覚えておくようにします。
