「大丈夫ですよ～！」が口癖になってる
納車日も間に合わないし、車検も出来なく急遽、他の店に頼みました。
今回、車検に出しましたが、リアサスのオーバーホールがあるとはいえ、一ヶ月半何の連絡も来ません(笑)
8耐のヤマハ観戦チケットをお願いしていたのに、ギリギリになって指定席がナイって言われて、指定席を個人的に取り観戦する事になったけれど、謝罪の一声もナシ(笑)

見積り依頼し下取り車両がいくらになりますか？って聞いたらいくらになるか分からないから持って来てというので持って行ってしばらく経ってから〇〇万円で売れました！って電話があり…唖然…許可も取らずに勝手にお客のバイクを売るって?…呆れました。
他の人におすすめはできません。
ちなみにヤマハ本社に通報してあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 故障30Kしか出ないマジェスティで新城方面に帰る途中にたまたま浜北大橋店があったので助けを求めました。
凄く親身になって力になって貰いました。
ゆっくり話を聞いてくれて、凄い安心感とyspとしての責任感と誠実さを凄く感じ感動感激しました。
やっぱり直ぐなおる故障ではなく、時間あるなら見るから時間下さい言われたが、用事がこの後あったし自宅から遠い店だったので、頑張って帰りますと伝えバイクにまたがり発進！ミラー見ると、見えなくなるまで心配そうに見送ってくれました。感動〜じわ〜
初対面、二度と会う事の無い他県の僕にこの対応お店の素晴らしさと店員さんの人柄の良さを感じました。
ちなみに清水市から30Kで新城9時間かかりました！しんどかった〜w

YSP浜北大橋さんに相談したところ、ヤマ発から送られてる点検クーポンの期限が少し切れているにもかかわらず、快く引き受けてくださいました。
対応も丁寧で今後もお付き合いしたいと思います。
お店の特徴としては、オフロードに力を入れているそうで林道ツーリングなどのイベントを開催されているそうなので、機会を作って参加してみたいと思います。

きっちりと整備して頂き、フレームの傷のタッチアップも綺麗に仕上げて頂き良かったです。
今後のメンテナンスもお願いしたく、数年後の買い替えもこちらでお世話になりたいな！と思いました。
