お店の中を流れるゆったりとした時間が好きです。店主のこだわりは強め。硬いパンはうまし。硬いパンしか勝たん。

白州のべるがで開催されていた てとてと市に出店されていたので 購入しました。 ピタパンサンドを注文。 鹿の燻製は 臭みもなく(๑´ڡ`๑)美味しかった♡ ただ 燻製とレタスのみで ソースとかドレッシング的な 味がなかったので 淡白な感じでした。 優しそうなおじ様だったので 今度はお店に お邪魔してみたいです(*´︶`*)

昨日は、お休みを戴いて、北杜市方面をふらふらと。で、早速朝食難民に(笑)それと言うのも、3連休の影響で、開いてる筈のお店が、振休だ? ここは、慌てずグーグル先生に相談だ。答えは、ほぼ全滅だが、1軒だけ、ペイザン(農民)なる店が。昨年、ペイザン・アート(農民芸術)で、予習済の言葉だぁ。で、ナビされるままに進んでみると、行きつけの#和蔵珈琲店 さんに向かう小道に入って行く?! 着いたのは、カフェ・ド・ペイザン・八ヶ岳なるお店。なんと、何時もこちらのお店の前を車?で、通るが、看板の字体が、お洒落すぎて、読めなくて店の名前を失念していたのだ。時も経ち、お腹もペコペコ、藁にもすがる思いで、店内に初突入。 モーニングは有るかと思っていると、珈琲☕紅茶などの飲み物に、薪窯パン?と八ヶ岳ジャムが、付いて来るとの事。しかも、開店から閉店まで、このサービスが、有るらしい。太っ腹(^_^)もっとも、美味しくて、帰りにお土産パンを買いたくなると思いますがね(^_^) で、ランチもある様ですよ。ストーブ鍋で作るココット料理だそうです。 今日の薪窯パン?の天然酵母は、季節のフルーツ、葡萄?だとの事。 お店の中に、ドーンと、石造りの薪窯が、鎮座していて、本当にパン屋さんだなぁと言うカフェでした。また、行こっと(^_^)

窯で焼いたパンが何種も味わえてスープが丁寧に煮込んだ野菜、お肉スープ。素材の味がしっかりしてどれも美味しい。店主の話しも聞けてステキな考えお持ちで、強いこだわりで作られてるんだなあと感心しました。

正直、ここの奥にあるカフェを調べてきていて、訪れたのですが、 平日はカフェが閉まっていたので、ランチを求めてこちらに。 入った瞬間に木の香りに癒されます。 そして店内には立派な石窯が。 名前を忘れてしまいましたが、 牛、豚、羊肉を白ワインで煮込んだ、という贅沢な料理をオーダー。 二人でシェアがいいですよ、とご提案いただき、シェアすることに。 サラダとパンはそれぞれに出して頂きました。 サラダも特別には見えませんでしたが、野菜が新鮮なのか、 良い空気の中で食べるからか、とてもおいしく、ドレッシングもおいしかったです。 パンも4種類ずつ出してくれたのですが、どれもとても美味しくて感動し、お土産にも買って帰りました。 お肉も野菜も柔らかく煮込まれていてとてもおいしくて感動。 今度はこのお店を目当てに小渕沢を訪れたいです。

冬の八ヶ岳に星の観賞会の目的で旅行計画するも、昼間どうしよっかなぁと思っていたところ、Webでパンレッスンがあったので参加を予約しました。ハード系のパンは、もっちり、腰が強く、素朴でとても美味しかったです。同じ石窯で調理されるストウブ鍋を使って作った塩豚のトマトにスープとポトフは、野菜の甘味が堪能できる深い味わいがします。種類別に鍋ごと提供されます。サラダもドレッシングのレシピ教えて欲しいなぁと思うぐらいおいしいです。なにより、テラス席の、山々の眺めが素晴らしい。ご主人の北杜市のお話も、移住を、検討したくなるような、楽しいお話です。送迎も旅行者にとってはとてもありがたかったです。
