おいしいコーヒーは人それぞれの好みもあるが、ここのコーヒーは間違いなくおいしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になっていたおしゃれな外観のお店。店内もとても素敵で、オーナーは東京で80年続く珈琲屋をやられていて、ご夫婦でこちらにもお店を出されたそうです。お顔のプライバシーの関係で厨房の写真をあげられませんが、とても素敵。カップやイス、テーブルも含めオーナーのこだわりを感じる素敵な空間です。もちろんオーダーしたブランドコーヒーも、フルーティーで少し酸味が効いていて、美味しいです。大きな窓辺から富士山も見え、上質な時間を過ごすことができます。

I can't give you a picture of the kitchen because of the privacy of your face, but it's very nice. It is a wonderful space where you can feel the owner's commitment, including cups, chairs, and tables. Of course, the brand coffee I ordered is also fruity and slightly sour, and delicious. You can see Mt. Fuji from the big window and spend a good time.

大きな窓から富士山が見える明るい店内は、必要最小限のシンプルなインテリアで席数も少ないですね。
大勢で押しかけて大きな声でおしゃべりを楽しむ、という店では無いですね。
昨年夏、東京・町田市から大泉に転居してきて一年が経ちましたが、なかなかきちんと淹れた美味しいコーヒーをそれなりの器で飲ませてくれるところが見つかりませんでした。
こちらはネットで検索して存在は知っていたので前を通るたびに気にはなっていたのですが、先日タイミングが合って初めて利用しました。
お一人でやってらっしゃるので、お客さまが多い時は時間がかかりますが、美味しいコーヒーはもとより市販のコーヒーフレッシュなどを使わないところって、この周辺では貴重です。
久しぶりに理想に近いコーヒーを味わいました。
それでいて値段はリーズナブル。
長坂ICから清里へ向かう主要道路から外れたところにあるので、観光客目当ての商売ではない感じがします。
次回はスイーツも試してみたいです。

It's been a year since I moved to Oizumi from Machida, Tokyo last summer, but I couldn't find a place where I could drink delicious coffee that was brewed properly.
I searched on the internet and knew the existence of this, so I was worried every time I passed in front of it, but I used it for the first time when the timing was right the other day.
Since you are doing it alone, it takes time when there are many customers, but it is valuable in this area because you do not use commercially available coffee fresh as well as delicious coffee.
I tasted coffee that was close to my ideal for the first time in a long time.
Still, the price is reasonable.
It's off the main road from Nagasaka IC to Kiyosato, so it feels like it's not a business aimed at tourists.
Next time I would like to try sweets as well.
