佐	佐々木啓人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段はランチ営業はしてないのですが、週末限定で昼にラーメンで営業するとのことで訪問。週替わりメニューになるとのことですが、第一回の今回は【鯛出汁塩ラーメン】普段の夜は、新鮮な魚で飲める店ですが、ランチのこの鯛出汁ラーメン…もはや、これで一軒の人気ラーメン店として成り立つレベル！一緒に提供される鯛飯は勿論そのままでも美味しいのですが、しっかり鯛の香りを楽しめるラーメンに、最後の残ったスープに投入して雑炊にしても絶品。コロナ禍で外食が好きな人には、良いこと無いですが、このラーメンみたいに、普段は食べれない、こだわった逸品が食べれたりするのは、数少ない良いことのような気もします。当面の、金曜日と土曜日限定とのことですので、試したい方はお早めに！！ I don't usually open for lunch, but I visited there because it is open for ramen at noon only on weekends.
