H	HINOTORI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長岡屋という蕎麦屋へ行ってみた。情報では11時開店だったが、非常事態宣言下では11時半に変わっていた。連れは鴨汁せいろともつ煮、私はかつ丼セットをせいろで注文。もつ煮は良く煮込まれていて柔らかい。どことなく群馬の永井食堂を思い出させる。かつ丼は甘さ控えめで自分好み。惜しむらくはご飯が柔らかい事。残念！蕎麦は余り風味を感じなかったが、コシはあり、美味しい。つゆは甘くも無く辛くも無く普通だ。これを甘いと思う人は藪系以外の蕎麦を食べるべきではないだろう。勿論、更科系ほど甘くはない。蕎麦湯は無調整。一番乗りだったので、蕎麦湯はほぼお湯だったが、普通はそれを承知して店に入るので気にしない。近々フルのかつ丼を食べに行きたいと思う。 I went to a soba restaurant called Nagaokaya.
