24時間いつでも荷物の出し入れができて便利です。
また、野晒しのトランクルームと比べると、気密がしっかりしている方なので、カビの発生なども少ないです。
24時間出入り可能なので、不審者が侵入したりという心配はないのかな？と思いましたが、今までそういった方に出会したことはなく、掃除なども行き届いているので管理が徹底されています。
それぞれの部屋にシャッターがついていて、鍵で開け閉めを行うので、盗難の心配もほとんどありません。
また、駐車場はありませんが、入り口前のスペースに横付けする事が出来るので、重たい荷物を運び入れるのも便利です。
1Fの方が人気のようですが、2Fの方が湿度が低く保管に適しているのではないかと思います。

There is no parking lot, but it can be placed in the space in front of the entrance, so it is convenient to carry heavy luggage.
1F seems to be more popular, but 2F has lower humidity and is more suitable for storage.
