通知がきたら先に電話をかけて、状況を確認した方が良いでしょう。
(かけてもマニュアル対応されてお手数おかけしますの言葉さえありませんが)
余計な仕事やらされてると思いますが、公務職の補助をするなら小馬鹿にしているように思われない工夫をしたほうが良いです。

対応していた若い警官の隣りにいた年配の警官に、いきなり怒鳴りつけられ別室に連れて行かれ説教されました。
あの男は気が狂っています。
だからポリ公嫌いだという人が多いのでしょう。
それ以来警察は嫌いだし信用していません。
警官を訴えやすい仕組みを作るべきです。
また警察の不祥事に対する罰則をもっと広範囲にしてもっと重くするべきです。
