管理道路と一般道の境なのか、管轄が別なのか微妙な堤防の造り。
対策途中なのか、堤防道と決壊部と比較して高い部分が細くなる様に下に道路が敷かれ、川の流れに対して少しカーブ外側で堤防が突き出てる・・越水が続くと一番弱い部分で上部から崩れてしまう・・・・
