年に何回か倉庫販売しています。新聞チラシではなくてハガキや封書で案内が来ますので、持参しないと特典が受け取れません。行った際は会員登録をお勧めします♪ 比較的安価ですが、全て安価という訳ではないので、衝動買いではなくて封書で送られてきた特価品を購入するのが良いと思います。大体朝9時からオープンなので30分前に並ぶとそこそこ目当ての物が購入出来ます。案内は不定期ですが恐らく年に3から4回の奇数月に開催するパターンです。レジは混雑時15分位は並ぶ時があります。直接関係有りませんが、この倉庫の前の道路はスピードの取り締まりをよくやっているので注意が必要です。国道4号から南桜井駅方面への方向です。40キロ道路なので取り締まり時はかなりの方がサイン会場でキップにサインしています。令和3年12月追記 LINEやメールでの案内に変わりました。また来店ポイントが付くようになりました。
