k	kui douraku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野市内に名医を探すのは至難の業でこの病院も然り医師により対応は様々で雲泥の差である。また事務方や看護師も同様に対応はピンキリ！南外来の事務方のYなどは愛想も無ければ案内もおざなりで疲れちゃっているのか？枯れちゃっているのか？ダメx2ですね。他の方の口コミ同様に当たり外れがあり良い医師に当たれば良いが反対に“何の為に医師を目指したのか？”…と思える輩も遺憾ながら存在する。小児科のH医師、内科医のM医師は良心的で親身になって患者の話をよく聞いてくれるのでそれを終日行うのは心労もかなり大変だと思う。優れたとても良い医師、整形外科のM医師は高圧的で一方的に見えるが的確だと思え良い医師だが好き嫌いがあると思う。患者も善し悪しピンキリ！医師も患者を選びたいだろうね。 It is extremely difficult to find a good doctor in Nagano city, and this hospital also has various responses depending on the doctor, and there is a difference in cloudiness. B	B A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖父が入院しています。遠くに住んでいてこのご時世お見舞いにも行けず、心配に思いお電話をしたところ不親切な対応...その後お待ちくださいと言われ10分以上保留音で待ちましたが突然切られてしまいました。数度掛け直しても繋がらず、ようやく主治医の先生に繋がり受付での事をお話しした所、電話口に戻ったが貴方が返答をしなかったから切ったんだと責められてしまいました。普通私から注意しておきます。の一言で丸く収まる事だと思いますがこの病院はそうではないようです。この様な対応をされたのは初めてでしたのでとても驚きました。

ポ	ポンタすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRIのスタッフと設備が素晴らしい市内公立病院のMRIでは説明も少ないまま体を固定、トンネル内に挿入されてしまい、非常に強い恐怖感を覚えた。検査拒否、不信感のみが残る。トラウマになり掛けていた私はこちらの病院に相談。検査技師が丁寧に対応、対策も伝授してくれた。検査当日も体を固定しない状態でトンネル内へのシミュレーションをしてくれた。これがどのくらい不安を払拭した事だろうか。検査中も数分おきにベッドフォンを通して声を掛けてくれる配慮も嬉しかった。そのため恐怖感など全くなく１回で検査終了。ＭＲＩを不安に思う方は一定数いるそうですが、こちらの病院に相談してみると解決の糸口が見つかるかもしれません。こちらではトンネル直径70cm、磁力3.0テスラという現在国内で使われてるＭＲＩでは最大クラスの機器を導入しています。トンネル天井までの距離があるため、圧迫感も少ないです。綺麗に撮れたデータをかかりつけ医に送ってもらい、そこで引き続き治療を続けます。この度お世話になったS技師様には感謝申し上げます。 Great MRI staff and equipment The MRI of the city public hospital fixed the body with little explanation, and it was inserted into the tunnel, and I felt a very strong sense of fear.
