ネットの記載と違い下回りの錆が凄い 他の車屋で点検受けたら下回りにアルミテープとパテで穴を隠されていました。そして、買ったばかりなのに次回の車検は厳しいですと( ノД`)… 整備も車検が通るだけの整備しかしていなく 他社の車屋でブレーキパッドもほとんどなく危ないとのことで交換、ベルトもプラグも交換になりました。足回りのブーツも亀裂がすごく交換に。 二度と行きませんがきちんと整備をして錆がないと歌ったりしない方がよいと思います 今までで一番の車屋さんでした 適当に乗るための車を買う人は良いですが次回の車検まで持つのかどうか不安です

ここの副店長の田代と言う人は寒くても雪が降ってても必ず客を外に出して話をする そして直接現金手渡しを求めてくる 他の社員に聞かれてはまずい事でもあんだべな、そして金のやり取りをしてる事は誰にも言わないで下さいと口止めもされた 本当にプロの整備士がやってるのか怪しい、恐らく車いじりが得意な素人と田代で金を別けてやってると思うじゃなきゃわざわざ口止めしないし外で話はしない 怪しすぎるから知り合いの弁護士に相談するか検討中、実際領収書も貰った事一度もない

2021年6月にレガシィ(BRM)を購入しました。購入後エアコンコンプレッサーの作動不良のトラブルがありましたが、補償修理としてすぐに対応していただきスバルのディラーにてリレーを交換していただきました。アイドリングストップ後のエンジン始動について異常がある件は今後見てもらう事になっています。失礼ながらお手頃価格の中古車を販売しているお店で1か月保証は普通の事かもしれませんが、その保証でここまで面倒を見てくれるお店は初めてです。修理工場の入庫予定に合わせて車を預けるのも良い判断です。違うお店ではトラブル発見時に即入庫で修理は工場の予定に合わせたため、車が戻ってきた時は1か月保証期間が切れてしまいたため”時間かせぎ?”と疑念を持ったこともあります。オーナーの長男はコーティングもサービスしてもらったことに感動しています。販売価格故、利益を出すために苦労していると思いますが、応援しております。お店の中も好印象でした。
