そ	そううん餡 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東北知らずが八戸で中古住宅を探す決心をし、最初にいえドコを見つけ掲載物件からお気に入りを集めました。しかし良い物はすぐに商談中になり掲載物件情報だけでは決め手を欠くため、現地入りを決意し1月末にいえドコさんに行き八戸の真冬を体験しながら候補物件を案内して頂きました。その時、「まだ掲載していない物件ですが」と営業の玉川さんに案内して頂いたものが的中となりました。営業力のセンスが光る一瞬でした。事前にどの様な物件が欲しいか、必要な条件、不要な条件をはっきり伝え、条件が合えばこちらが本気であることを伝えたこと、営業の玉川さんにこちらの狙いを正確に理解して頂いたことが、幸運は有るにせよ成功に繋がったと思います。玉川さん、売主さん、いえドコさん、関係不動産屋さんと神様(幸運)に感謝しています。 Tohoku unaware decided to look for a second-hand house in Hachinohe, and first found Doko and collected favorites from the listed properties. 3	3104 TK (‪TK3104‬) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 転勤族の私がマイホームを購入できたのはいえドコさんのおかげです。他の住宅メーカーを何件か検討しましたが1000万以上の予算オーバー＆転勤族で定住が難しいことを伝えても「大丈夫です！」しか言いませんでした。しかし、いえドコさんだけが家庭環境や予算を考慮してプランを提供してくれました。当初想定していた予算はオーバーしましたが、とても素敵な家を購入することができました。ありがとうございます。良かった点は、予算や転勤族という特性にあった物件を根気よく探していただいたこと。リノベーション工事中であっても物件を紹介していただけたこと。悪かった点は、すまい給付金が適応外という情報が契約当日に言われたこと。数回電話連絡が約束通りに来なかったこと。この2点は少し残念でしたが、とても素晴らしい家と出会えて幸せな気持ちです。写真のハンモックはお願いして付けてもらいました。3歳と1歳の息子が大はしゃぎで楽しんでいます。 It is thanks to Mr. Doko that I was able to purchase my home as a transfer family. I was able to introduce the property even during the renovation work. The bad thing was that I was told on the day of the contract that the living benefits were not applicable. The phone call did not come as promised several times. I'm a little disappointed with these two points, but I'm happy to meet a very nice house. I asked for the hammock in the photo. My 3 and 1 year old sons are having a lot of fun.
