名	名無ごんべえ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供を通塾させておりました。最終的に入試に合格出来たのも、担当のとある先生のおかげだと思います。途中から入塾したのですが、個別の先生が当たりだったらしく、たいへん良い対応や、授業そのものも良く、電話で共有をしていただきました。苦手な数学も点数がとることができたのも、その先生のお力です。ただ、若い方が多いのでやはり大学生のバイトの感じが見て取れます。今回の先生もその1人だと思いますが、先生によっても質がまるで違っているようで当たり外れがある印象です。ダメだと思ったら、即担当をチェンジした方がいいこともあると感じました。その点、子供はすごくいい先生にあたったので、ほっとしておりました。人によって、意見や勉強に関する話がズレていることもあるようで、統一がされてないかな、とも思いました。子供曰く、新しい(？)先生の方が増えてた感じ〜、とのことですが、子供を担当した先生のようないい指導ができる方なのか否かは分かりません。また正社員(？)の方と言えど、バイト(？)の先生よりも授業が分かりにくい人もいるようなのでその点、じっくり考えた方がいいと思います。 I was passing through my child. In addition, I think that it is better to think carefully about the point because it seems that there are people who are more difficult to understand the class than the teacher of part-time (?), Although it can be said that it is a regular employee (?).
