In Sendai, I have a drink.
I am worried about the movement of Tohoku Yasukuni Co., Ltd., whose headquarters is in Yamagata. The smart roaster is adopted in 2018. It is surely work of Akiko Nakamura. It is a pleasant deep roasting feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豆の種類が豊富で選ぶのが楽しいし、ハンドドリップで飲めるもがありがたい。
モールは買い物客でガヤガヤしてるのに、店内は静かでのんびり出来た。
普段ブレンドは避けてるが、たまにはと思い飲んでみたら、しっかりそれぞれの豆の味も感じ、とても美味しかった。たまにはブレンドもいいなと思った。
There are so many kinds of beans that it's fun to choose, and I'm grateful that you can drink it with a hand drip.
Although the mall was messy with shoppers, the inside of the store was quiet and relaxing.
I usually avoid blending, but when I drank it once in a while, I could feel the taste of each bean and it was very delicious. Sometimes I thought the blend was good too.
