★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売れ残っている苗木が可哀想。家庭菜園してますが、肥料など運ぶのに貸し出しトラック９０分無料があるので時々利用します。柑橘苗木などが売れ残って元気なくなっていますが、枯れる前に早く半額以下１００円とか２００円で売れば、苗木も救われると思いました。
ナフコウｪーブショプで買い物しても店頭受取なら送料がかからないのでよく利用します。いい店ですが、枯れる苗木の姿がさびし過ぎる。
 The unsold seedlings are pitiful. I have a kitchen garden, but I use it from time to time because there is a free 90-minute rental truck to carry fertilizer. Citrus saplings are left unsold and I'm not feeling well, but I thought that if I sell them for less than half the price of 100 yen or 200 yen before they die, the saplings will be saved.
Even if you shop at NAFCO Wave Shop, if you pick it up at the store, there is no shipping fee, so I often use it. It's a nice shop, but the saplings that die are too lonely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可もなく不可もなくというか、入るといきなり広場的なアウトドアコーナーが出現 ローカル店あるあるの店員長話で道塞ぐをくらう。奥は縦並びの陳列 動線の悪さを感じた。物を探しにくい。工夫が必要 品揃えも彫刻刀探すのも大変だしなくてノミで代用 文房具だったね。

店内で商品陳列をしてた女性（50〜60代？）に、商品についてどこにあるか問い合せたら、明白に『はぁ？』『なんですか？』の表情・態度
これはキツイ
こっちは申し訳ない低姿勢で聞いてるのに、なかなかの対応
これはキツイ
少しお待ち下さい。も無く、商品探して『こちらにありますけど』な案内
待てとも言われないので黙って店員さんに付いて行きましたが
結局、何も買わずに店を出てます。
近場にホームセンター、ナフコさんしか無いので今後もお世話になりますが
これはキツイです
社風（店員さんの慣れ）ですかね

もともと店全体的に接客態度が良くはないが、特に今日信じられないくらいの態度をされたから驚きと怒りでコメントを書くことにした。
ショートカットで眼鏡をかけている60代くらいの女性の人。名前を見忘れたが…
ある商品について聞いたら無愛想で何も言わずに連れてかれついて行くと「これです、」と。
これでなくて…というと言い返してきて「これって言ったじゃん」と言ってきた…
こちらは客であなたは店員ですよね？
そんな接客態度が許される店ってよっぽど店レベルが低いし教育も何もないんでしょうね。
品出しだけしたいのか知らないけど、店頭にいる限り接客ありきがあなたの仕事なんですよ…客を客と思っていない。
ナフコは品揃えも多いだけにがっかりですね。
販売を舐めるなー❗️会社自体のレベルアップを求めます。
本社に通告するぞ！
