特に受付の人は、初診電話の際に何を言っているのか分からずボソボソ話をしたり、言っている内容とは別の返答が返ってきた。
問診票は無言で渡されたので、イラッとしました。
女性の医師に見てもらえると安心していたが、お説教のような話をされ不快感があった。

受付の横柄(高圧的)な態度も民間企業ではあり得ない。
