シーズン前の事前連絡で購入すると、通常よりも割安で購入できるため、大変助かっております。120袋(1袋10kg)を購入しました。
ペレットを取りに行く際にこちらの工場に伺いました。事前連絡をしているため、スムーズに購入できて、また、車へペレットの積み込みを手伝って下さり、大変助かりました。

 I am purchasing pellets for use in my home pellet stove.
If you purchase by prior notice before the season, you can purchase at a lower price than usual, which is very helpful. I bought 120 bags (10 kg per bag).
I visited this factory when I went to get the pellets. Since I contacted you in advance, I was able to purchase smoothly, and it was very helpful to help me load the pellets into the car.
