手続き対応して頂いた方は親切でしたが、事前の電話応対が最低な職員も。

We arrived at the city hall at 8:30 and kindly guided us to the information center, and the person in charge also kindly responded and we were able to apply smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他府県に比べると非常に対応がいい、皆が意識している感じ。ただ、ええ歳した茶髪の人は本当に市の職員でしょうか？服装も上着の前を開けてだら～っとしてまるで大人の不良である。彼のイメージは美味しんぼの山岡史郎か？？こんな人に税金を払っていると思うと腹が立つ。きちっとしてほしい。地域環境部っていうのだけわかったが名前がわからん。
Compared to other prefectures, it is very responsive and everyone is aware of it. But is the old brown-haired person really a city employee? The clothes are also bad for adults when you open the front of your jacket. Is his image Shiro Yamaoka of Oishinbo? ?? I get angry when I think I'm paying taxes to such a person. I want you to be neat. I understand only the Regional Environment Department, but I don't know the name.

半分ぐらい暇して雑談しながらお茶している。
経費の無駄としか思えない
仕事レベルが低い人が多いのはわかるが、教育をし、もっと個人のレベルをあげると半分以下の人数でも支障ないと思います。

I spend about half my free time chatting and having tea.
