当時納車は1年と言われたが、実際の納車は2年と4ヶ月。何度か納期が延びましたが、その際も連絡なし。こちらが別件で電話した際に、ついでで「いつ来るか？」と尋ねると納期が伸びましたと言われる事を3回ほどされました。
前金で100万円以上取っているのにこの対応です。
あげく納車直前になって、まだ車も受け取っていないのに残りの支払いを済ませろと連絡してきました。
納車前に抜き打ちで現車確認したところ、防錆塗装前にも関わらず外に野ざらしで車に雪が積もっている始末でした。
おまけに傷あり
傷は後日塗装し直してくれましたが、再塗装後の塗装むらが酷かったです。
納車時も担当者は別の営業所に移動し、次の担当者は一度も挨拶も無し。
納車を担当したのは代わりの若い方でした。
普通は担当者が変わったら挨拶はありますよね？
(最初はTのかけ さん。次はKくち さん？)
納車直前まで長い間不快感を感じ続けておりました。
殿様商売もいいところ。こんな事続けているようではこの会社もそのうち潰れるのではないでしょうか？
間違いなくここで車を買うのはお勧めしません。
現在納車待ちの方は気をつけたほうがいいです。全てきちんと確認したほうがいいですよ。
