三間一戸（さんげんいっこ・正面に柱間が三つありその内の一箇所に扉がある建物のこと）の楼門の形式をとった山門と龍が臥して体を屈めている姿に例えられ名付けられた臥龍の松（がりゅうのまつ・高さ約6.7メートル幹まわり約2.5メートル枝長東西11.5メートル南北12.3メートル推定樹齢400年の黒松・日進市天然記念物）から神威が漂う領域。

岩村にも妙仙寺ができましたが、その後丹羽氏が播州三草藩に国替となったため岩村の妙仙寺は播州に引越ししました。そのため現在(兵庫県加東市山国1562)にも妙仙寺があります。

せっかく由緒ある立派なお寺なのですから地域の人達で掃除してください、お願いします。
山門の四十七士の天助絵も本堂の陶器でできた狛犬？の頭も凄く興味深く楽しい時間を過ごせました。

長久手の合戦当時の岩崎城丹羽氏の菩提寺、長久手の合戦の際に岩崎城内の子女を匿ったとの伝承、更に境内の裏山が「六坊山」⇒羽柴1陣/池田隊が首実検した場所、そして羽柴4陣/秀次隊壊滅の急使を受け長久手に取って帰した場所、「羽柴/中入れ部隊」の一番先頭はこの辺りでしょうか?
岩崎城の東北方面、徒歩でもブラブラ近いです、車も駐車場広いです❗️
想像以上に立派な門構え、寛政5年(1793)再建の趣のある山門、山門に赤穂四十七士の天井絵、珍しい初めて見ました?
境内は山門の大きさの割に小ぢんまりした印象、真ん中に樹齢約400数十年の「臥竜の松」が鎮座、これは立派?
岩崎城址公園に訪問時、チョット立ち寄りする感じでしょうか??
丹羽氏重の墓碑を拝見したかった?
