Free parking, near the starting point of the Mt. Myojin hike. You can reach the observatory on a well-maintained road that even small children can walk. The view is very good and the binoculars are free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道168号線の王寺ニュータウン入口交差点で西側へ折れ、永福寺を過ぎてすぐ左手にある無料の駐車場。20台位は停められる広さがある。近隣のスーパー駐車場を兼ねているそうだ。広くて停めやすかったよ。場内は未舗装。
Turn west at the Oji Newtown entrance intersection on Route 168, and after passing Eifukuji, you will find a free parking lot on your left. About 20 cars are large enough to be parked. It also serves as a nearby supermarket parking lot. It was wide and easy to park. The hall is unpaved.

When I searched for a way from my house to the summit of Mt. Myojin, I couldn't find the parking lot here, so I was driving around the other side of the mountain for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ４０台くらいは停められるでしょうか。明神山に登る際利用しました。平日の午前中は５台が停車していただけでした。明神山への丁寧なルート案内図もありました。
Can about 40 cars be parked? I used it when climbing Mt. Myojin. Only 5 cars stopped in the morning on weekdays. There was also a polite route guide map to Mt. Myojin.
