t	taro name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで毛糸を買い、足りなくなったので別の日にまた追加で買いに行きましたが売り場には無く、店員の方に確認しましたところ、再入荷はなく他店で在庫があれば取り寄せられるとの事。在庫があるかどうか確認してもらう事はできますか？とお願いすると、めんどくさそうに強い口調で「何個？」と言われました。私は手芸初心者で、すぐに何個必要かわかりませんでしたので、また来ますと帰ろうと思いましたが、態度がとても不快だったため、もう一度来店し、接客態度が不快だった事を伝えると、店側としても、何個必要なのかわからないと確認や取り置きができないとの言い訳。他店に在庫があるかどうかの確認すらしてもらえないのでしょうか。これはわがままな言い分でしょうか。もし、在庫が無いのであれば色を変えたり等どうしようか考えたりしたいので確認をお願いしたのですが、ただただ、確認するのが面倒なのが見え見えでした。なので、在庫が他店にあるのか確認して連絡してもらうように頼みました。在庫確認の連絡がきて、追加で買うことができましたが、もう二度と手芸品をこちらで買うことは無いと思います。スタッフ同士で、来店しても世間話をずっとして暇そうですが、客からの質問に対応する時間は無いようですね。 I bought yarn here and went to buy more on another day because I ran out of yarn, but it was not in the sales floor, so I checked with the clerk and found that it was not restocked and could be ordered if it was in stock at another store.
