The relatives' waiting room was like a hotel and I could spend it relaxedly. With a courtyard and a fireplace in the living room, I was able to spend the last day with my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ化の中、大切な人を送るためにここにしました。家族だけの時間が過ごせて本当に良かったです。クチコミ投稿だけで写真も頂けたり、無料で思い出の写真を流してくれたり、こちらのインタビューもしてくれて故人がどんな人だったかをお返しの文章を心こもったものにして頂けました。今でもその文章は大切に取ってあります。ありがとうございました。
I went here to send an important person in the midst of corona. It was really nice to spend time only with my family. You can get a photo just by posting a word-of-mouth communication, you can show me a photo of your memories for free, and you also interviewed me, and I was able to make a heartfelt text in return about what the deceased was. I still keep the text carefully. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親族控室はとても葬儀場とは思えないくらい自宅の様な作りで、とても過ごしやすい控室でした。
急遽、狭い斎場から広い斎場に変更をお願いしたところ快く対応して頂きました。お陰で家族葬とはいえ沢山の方に見送ってもらうことができました。
結家にして本当に良かったです。本当にありがとうございました。
The family waiting room was made like a home so that it couldn't be thought of as a funeral hall, and it was a very comfortable waiting room.
In a hurry, I asked for a change from a small funeral hall to a large funeral hall, and they were willing to respond. Thanks to that, I was able to have many people see me off even though it was a family funeral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ きれいな斎場で、コロナ禍のため家族葬となりましたが、寂しくなく見送ることができました。分からないことだらけで戸惑うばかりでしたが、親身になって相談に乗って頂き、ありがとうございました。宿泊もさせて頂きましたが、とてもきれいで心地よく過ごすことが出来ました。思い出の映像を流して下さったり、お礼状の文面も、心に残るものでした。

It was a beautiful funeral hall, and it was a family funeral because of the corona illness, but I was able to see it off without loneliness. I was just confused because there were so many things I didn't understand, but thank you for your kindness and consultation. I stayed at the hotel, but it was very clean and comfortable. The video of the memories was shown and the thank-you note was memorable.
