★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土岐悪五郎のお墓が有ります。土岐悪五郎とは・岐阜県可児市久々利にある山城、久々利城(くくりじょう)最初の築城は不詳、延元・正平年間(1336〜1370年)に美濃守護、土岐頼康の弟、土岐康貞(土岐悪五郎康貞)が築城したと伝わっている。悪五郎とは、昔、剛の者、強い人には「悪」の字を呼び名に入れて武勇を讃えた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明台寺（みょうだいじ）は、岐阜県大垣市墨俣町にある浄土宗西山禅林寺派の寺院である。山号は清光山。西美濃三十三霊場第十九番札所。
寺伝によれば、嵯峨天皇の在位のころ（弘仁年間という）、現在の大垣市墨俣町上宿にあった墨俣川（現長良川）の古い木橋の橋脚が夜に光っているのが見つかる。調べてみると、長年の風水を受けてあたかも地蔵菩薩像のようになっており、これを草庵にお祀りしたのが始まりという。この像を小野篁が彫り、立派な地蔵菩薩像としたという。
939年（天慶2年）、朱雀天皇の勅使がこの地を訪れた際、この地蔵菩薩の由来を聞き、地蔵菩薩像の前で和歌を詠うと、この地蔵菩薩像の口元が微笑んだという。このことからこの地蔵菩薩像を「橋杭笑地蔵菩薩」というようになったという。
他にも土岐悪五郎（土岐頼貞の子）、澤井宗白の墓が境内にある。澤井宗白の墓の碑文は頼山陽によるもの。

According to the temple biography, during the reign of Emperor Saga (called the Konin era), the piers of the old wooden bridge of the Sunomata River (now Nagara River) in the current Kamijuku, Sunomata Town, Ogaki City can be found shining at night. .. Upon examination, it looks like a Jizo Bodhisattva statue after many years of feng shui, and it is said that it began when it was enshrined in Kusan. It is said that Ono no Takamura carved this statue into a magnificent Jizo Bodhisattva statue.
In 939 (Tengyo 2), when Emperor Suzaku's messenger visited this area, he heard the origin of this Jizo Bodhisattva and sang a Japanese poem in front of the Jizo Bodhisattva statue. .. From this, it is said that this Jizo Bodhisattva statue came to be called "Hashiguiiwa Jizo Bodhisattva".
There are also tombs of Toki Yorisada (child of Toki Yorisada) and Soshiro Sawai in the precincts. The inscription on the tomb of Sohaku Sawai is by Rai Sanyo.

寺町界隈の名前通りお寺が多くて歩きがいある地域です。8月なので暑かったけど空いていたのは幸い

ホント西美濃33観音霊場は玉石混淆…。どう押していいかもわからず、いただかずに帰ってきました。
