施工会社、管理はセレコーポレーションです。ネットで検索して貰えば分かるけど遮音性が低いようです。自分は2年の更新を待たずに近隣住人の騒音被害で退去しましたが、その間トラブルへの対応を求めても証拠がないと言われ大したことはしてくれませんでした。また、自分が退去するまでに問題の住人の周りで3軒退去していきました。その人たちがどういった理由で退去したのかはわかりませんが、築浅にも関わらずその住人の周りだけ退去が続くというのは異常だと感じます。周りの物件の相場に比べ、お得感があったので入居しましたが、必要のない引越しを強いられ余計な金を使うことになりました。メンタルが強い人でなければおすすめしません。

I moved out due to the noise damage of the neighbors without waiting for the renewal for two years, but during that time I was told that there was no evidence even if I asked for a response to the trouble and did not do much. Also, by the time I moved out, I had moved out of three houses around the inhabitant in question. I don't know why they moved out, but I find it unusual that they continue to move out only around the inhabitants despite their new construction. I moved in because it was a good deal compared to the market prices of the properties around me, but I was forced to move unnecessarily and had to spend extra money. I do not recommend it unless you have a strong mentality.

遮音性は低いですが新築かつ、キッチンがしっかりしているので賃料と比較してコスパはよかったです。階によっては騒音問題があった模様ですが、当方の階ではそこまで騒がしい事はありませんでした。私事で引っ越しする事になりましたが、可能な限り住んでいたかった物件でした。

It seems that there was a noise problem on some floors, but it was not so noisy on our floor. I decided to move for private reasons, but it was a property I wanted to live in as much as possible.
