このような生徒に指導をしなかったり
保護者の教育の仕方にも問題があるとは思いますが最近はひどすぎます

低学年だから、って理由を通す訳にはいかない大問題。
There is a student who jumps out of the road suddenly, and it makes me sick for the car (bicycle) side.
It's a big problem that I can't justify because I'm in the lower grades.
