They also had some rule where if you switched meat you wouldn't be allowed to go back to the first meat. They wouldn't even refill our drinks unless the first glass was completely empty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere a little less Spartan.

M	Moses Moke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered all you can eat for 120 minutes. First off we are given a piece of paper with the last time we can order at; half an hour before the 120 minutes.... Then told we can only order one thing at a time, which took forever to come out. The tiny charcoal grill they brought could barely fit the meat and was not hot enough so took forever to cook. Told them four times and their reply was “yeah, it is huh”. Tried to order another meat dish, was told that we wouldn’t be able to order another of the first meat dish since they would have to change to another grill.... tried to order another of the first order, they told us we had to clear off the grill. Ordered side dishes which took way too long to come out. Besides terrible service and obvious tactics to stretch the time out the food was not the best.
Z	Z Mercury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a table via Gurunabi for lunch. It was not a good experience. First, the service is so bad. The waiter even didn’t give us any smile. Second, the extra fee. We ordered a Tensyoku like 900 yen each. But they charge us extra 400 yen per person in the end. That’s so bad. So please don’t come.

They had a strict rule with ordering your dishes, which is you can only order three things at a time, and the previous food had to be finished in order to order the next three things. For grilled meat, you can’t go back to the meat you ordered before because they had to change the grill. To be honest, this made it not like a 食べ放題. We were constantly waiting for food. But my Korean friends said the food there was very authentic, everything was tasty. Even with the constant waiting we still were able to eat A LOT. Considering the price, it was very reasonable to me.
