ちょっとマニアックな物（店のスペック、店員の知識以上の物）を求めてしまうと店員があからさまに不機嫌になって、無視されます。
つくば市内で求めるくらいの楽器や機材なら充分だと思いますが、都内から越してきて、この店しか頼るところが無かった当時は話が通じなくて本当に苦労しました。

If you ask for something a bit geeky (store specs, more than the clerk's knowledge), the clerk will be overwhelmed and ignored.
I think that the instruments and equipment you need in Tsukuba city are enough, but when I came from Tokyo and had nothing to rely on only this store, I had a hard time because I couldn't communicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ギター制作販売やイベントPAなどをメインにしている楽器店です。音響制作（録音）や音楽教室など幅広く営業しているようです。スタッフがきびきびしていて小回りが利くのでいい場所だと思います。楽器歴の長いお客さんも多いようで、不思議な掘り出し物が見つかったりします。
It is a musical instrument store that mainly produces and sells guitars and event PAs. It seems that it is widely used for sound production (recording) and music classes. I think it's a good place because the staff are crisp and they can turn around quickly. It seems that there are many customers who have a long history of musical instruments, and a strange bargain is found.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エレキギターのエフェクターなどを買いに行きました。展示商品は中古も新品もあり、見ていて楽しいお店でした。店員の方親切で一見さんでも気兼ねなく入りやすかったです。値段も良心的でした。また利用したいです。
I went to buy an electric guitar effector. The exhibited products were both used and new, and it was a fun shop to look at. The clerk was kind and it was easy for me to enter without hesitation. The price was also reasonable. I still want to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社長、店長、副店長、そしてスタッフの方々のとても懇切丁寧な対応に納得です。流石につくば市と土浦市の老舗で地域密着型。面倒見が良いお店ですね。web上にない商品の数々、見つからなかった品や掘出し物もあります。近郊の人は一度見に行った方が良いかと。
I am convinced that the president, store manager, deputy store manager, and staff are very polite. It is a long-established store in Tsukuba and Tsuchiura, and is community-based. It's a good store to take care of. There are many products that are not on the web, as well as items and bargains that were not found. I wonder if people in the suburbs should go to see it once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アコギを見に伺いました、カッコいい店長さんらしき方がサッと寄ってきてお目当ての物から高額な物まで気分良く試奏させていただきました。あれもこれも試奏したくなる品揃えなのでまた行きたいです、そして一本買いたいです^_^
I went to see the acoustic guitar, and a cool store manager came up to me and tried out everything from what I was looking for to expensive ones. I want to go again because there is an assortment of items that I want to try out, and I want to buy one ^ _ ^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs here are nice and professional. The vice manager can speak English and kindly helped me for the adjustment on my electric guitar. Goods are also comprehensive. I will visit again for the guitar stuffs. Highly recommended.
