施主は油商店である五十鈴商会。荷揚げできる床の開口部など、油商店であった時代の痕跡を留めている。
外観はシンプルなモダニズムのデザインながら、当時流行したとゆう加飾タイルが印象的である。鉄筋コンクリート、コンクリートブロック、木造等を混ぜた珍しい構造の建物。
2013年までは「宮脇ビル」という名称で、小料理屋「酒肆 小鼓」が40年にわたって入居していた。
現在は「銀座レトロギャラリーMUSEE」が全フロアを使用しており、ギャラリー内の「銀座歴史資料室」は一般公開されている。
Modern architecture of pre-war heritage that escaped the war.
The owner is an oil store, the Isuzu Shokai. Traces of the era of the oil store, such as the floor opening that can be unloaded, are kept.
While the exterior is a simple modernist design, it is popular at that time that the decorative tiles are impressive. Building of unusual structure which mixed reinforced concrete, concrete block, wooden houses.
Under the name of "Miyawaki Building" until 2013, a small restaurant "Sakesu Koko" has been staying for 40 years.
Currently, "Ginza Retro Gallery MUSEE" uses the entire floor, and "Ginza History Data Room" in the gallery is open to the public.
